This unit had not been updated since it was originally built in 1976. Working closely with our partners, we completely transformed the space from an uninhabitable condition into a modern, updated, and comfortable home.

The renovation included the installation of modern lighting, adding new washer and dryer to a Unit that did not have one pre-existing, updated doors, kitchen cabinets, new flooring, baseboards, tile, and fresh texture and paint throughout. Every area of the unit was refreshed with attention to both functionality and appearance, creating a clean, modern, and move-in-ready living space.
