This Project was located 5 minutes from the College San Diego State University.
It was a combination of a Kitchen Renovation/Bathroom and Small ADU Update.
This vision was truly a blessing to bring to life. A young couple came to us with a special request: they wanted to preserve the husband’s father’s original cabinets as is. A young couple came to us with a special request: they wanted to preserve the husband’s father’s original cabinets as a meaningful reminder and memory of the home they grew up in.
Rather than replacing everything, we worked closely with them to preserve the original cabinets as much as possible while giving the kitchen a modernized look and finish. We added new countertops, updated handles, new outlets, a beautiful backsplash, new flooring, bathroom tile and modern accents throughout the space. Our goal was to maintain the authenticity, character, and original style of the cabinets while giving the entire kitchen a fresh, updated feel.
We believe every client has a unique vision, and our job is to listen, understand their needs, and help bring that vision to life. Sometimes our vision may be different from our clients’—but we are in the business of serving others, not being served.
For us, renovation is more than remodeling a space. It’s about understanding the story behind it, respecting what matters to our clients, and creating something they can continue to enjoy and cherish for years to come.
The clients were so pleased with the results and the care we put into their home that they trusted us with another project—their exterior ADU.
We gave the ADU a complete update, including new tile, modern accents, cabinets, fresh paint, new drywall and texture, and a new toilet. We focused on creating a clean, modern, and functional space while maintaining the same level of care and attention to detail throughout the project.
For us, there is no greater compliment than a client trusting us with another part of their home. What started as a meaningful renovation turned into an opportunity to continue serving this family and helping them bring their vision to life.
